Policies
SHIPPING
- Ready to ship orders are shipped via USPS within 5-7 business days of purchase. You will receive an email with your tacking info when it has shipped.
- Buyer is responsible for all international customs/fees.
- We do offer combined shipping within our shipping profile. In order to take advantage of our combined shipping, you must purchase all items in the same transaction.
PAYMENT
- I only accept PayPal at this time.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued for items returned within 5 days of receipt.
- Refunds will be given for the item price only (shipping not included) and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Returns must be made in the same condition you received them with all original packaging.
- Returns lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded, so please package them carefully and provide me with a tracking number. You should also include your name and order number in the package.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are not accepted on custom orders or items marked seconds sale
CUSTOMS
- Custom orders are sold via our waitlist. If you would like to add your name to the custom wait list, please click here.
- Customs are made in the order they are received and paid for.
- Turn-around time for customs vary depending on how busy I am. But in general, please allow 3-4 weeks for me to create your special heirloom piece.
- Returns are not accepted on custom orders. However, I do send a photo for approval before I ship your order and small adjustments can be made at this time.
- We recommend gentle play and spot clean when needed.
- Pockets with Posies dolls are not recommended for children under three. We recommend you always supervise your children while playing with our dolls and accessories.
